I've made a custom IC component that has all the possible number of pins of the DIP package but due to that the size of the .XML file is slightly larger than the allowed..
It is 50 KB but the allowed is 30 KB
So please tell me how can I upload it..!?

Maximum component size
I have increased the maximum component size from 30 KB to 60 KB, so you should be able to upload it now.
It looks really good - I'm sure many people will find it useful.
